Project Management Services

Protecting Your Investment from Groundbreaking to Completion

Many homeowners spend hundreds of thousands of dollars building a new home, completing a major renovation, or correcting defective construction work. Unfortunately, most homeowners do not possess the construction knowledge, project management experience, or defect recognition expertise necessary to effectively oversee contractors and protect their investment throughout the construction process.

APA Home Inspection, LLC proudly offers Owner’s Representative and Construction Project Management Services designed to provide professional oversight, guidance, coordination, and advocacy throughout the life of a construction project.

WHAT IS AN OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE?

An Owner’s Representative is a professional who works exclusively for the property owner and serves as the owner’s eyes and ears throughout the construction process.

Unlike builders, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors who represent their own interests, the Owner’s Representative serves one client—the property owner.

The purpose of the Owner’s Representative is to help ensure that the owner’s investment is protected through independent oversight, documentation, communication, and project coordination.

WHAT IS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER?

A Construction Project Manager assists the owner in coordinating and overseeing construction activities from project inception through completion.

The Project Manager helps keep projects organized, facilitates communication between parties, monitors project progress, documents concerns, and helps identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
