After building my first home, I had the pleasure of using Willie with APA and I was really happy. He was very accommodating with his time, explained everything, got me the reports I needed nearly immediately, which that was huge since my final inspection was done super last minute and he came through for me. Mr Carpenter was recommended to me by my realtor and it was a good decision. He was very detailed and informative.  He let me knew in advance his order of conducting the inspection.
